The aim of the wellbeing score is to give a live version of the current state of your body. This is known as ‘bio-feedback’. Your live bio-feedback data helps to identify your body’s signals to help you to be more aware of and connect in with them.
One way to improve your Wellbeing Score is by monitoring your wellbeing data and following the recommendations provided in the BioBeats programme.
For example, you may be struggling to get to sleep. If you are wearing your BioBeam at night then your sleep data (duration and quality) will appear in the sleep dashboard. Based on this data, BioBase will show relevant hints and tips on how to improve or maintain your current sleep quality such as easy to implement bedtime routines.
