It’s important that you feel comfortable wearing the band, not only to ensure you continually wear it, but also to ensure you get the most accurate results to measure your progress and report on your wellbeing.
Here are some tips for wearing your band:
- Wear the band on your non-dominant wrist.
- Ensure you have the touch key nearest to your thumb to make sure you can read the screen.
- Wear your BioBeam at least 2cm from your wrist.
- Your BioBeam should be worn as snug as possible without leaving a mark on your wrist.
Your BioBeam is also waterproof, so you don’t need to take it off when swimming or taking a shower.
You can remove your BioBeam at night but this means you won’t see any sleep data. Sleep is very interesting when it comes to understanding wellbeing so it’s best to keep it on while you sleep.
The band will need charging every 10 days or so. The best time to charge the BioBeam is during the day when you are sitting still so your activity or sleep data is not lost.
