We’ve designed BioBase so that it will lead you through the actions you need to take daily – simply follow the actions on the coaching cards as they are shown to you. If you don’t have time to complete an activity or exercise, we will keep a notification open so you can come back to it later. You can always do extra sessions if you’d like to.

You can access the full week of coaching content by tapping the menu icon, next to the start button in the daily coaching card; so if you have some free time you can listen to this week’s coaching sessions ahead of time.

The coaching is split into 8 weeks with 7 topics; the final week is a final chance for us to ask you some questions. The topics cover what we believe to be important factors of balance and reducing stress. You will be given short audio sessions to listen to and activities to complete, this will help you to piece together a fuller understanding of your stress and how to cope with symptoms.
