Like with learning anything new – practice makes perfect! But to be able to practice we need to create the habit to do it regularly.

We designed BioBase so that Deep Breathing doesn’t have to be a chore. It doesn’t have to take up 30 minutes a day (unless you want it to!) and it doesn’t have to be boring!

With our short Deep Breathing exercises you to only need to take 3 minutes out of your busy schedule to concentrate on your breathing, which means you can do it more often.

If you’re new to this we recommend you try to breathe at least once a day, perhaps in the morning before you get up, on your commute to/from work, or even before you go to sleep.

Once you’ve got that down, try stepping it up to 2 or 3 per day. You can set up some handy reminders in BioBase to help you remember, just head to the menu!
